Shipping Schedule
All orders received by Sunday afternoon (Australian Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped out the following Wednesday afternoon.
All orders are shipped once per week on Wednesday afternoons (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Therefore if we do not receive your order by Sunday afternoon, than unfortunately your order will miss the Wednesday dispatch schedule for that week. So please make sure to order before Sunday as we do not currently offer any Express Post shipping services.
Shipping Estimates
Orders shipped within Australia can take up to 5 working days to reach their destination. Orders to Western Australia, The Northern Territory and Northern Queensland may take a little longer.
Orders to International destinations can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location.
Please keep in mind that Australia Post shipping estimates are based on Australia Post's turnaround times. Please use these only as guidelines. We cannot guarantee the length of transit of products once they leave our disptach facility. At times unforseen circumstances can occur that may lengthen the transit of your products.
Shipping Insurance
In order to protect your purchase from loss or damage during transit, we recommend that you insur your goods upon dispatch. The standard cost of postage insurance within Australia is $2.00 per $100.00 order, while International orders are charged at $9.00 per $100.00 order - as per Australia Post Insurance guidelines.
We do not automatically insure your products as most customers prefer not to pay this extra amount given that a vast majority (99%) of items will reach their target destination without being accidentally damaged or lost. However, if you are still concerned about the safety of your package, than please email us with your order number and contact information and we will quote you a price for insuring your goods accordingly.
Downloadable Products
All orders of the downloadable version of each IQ Martix Poster or Workbook will be made available for download immediately once payment has been confirmed.
