Packaging Information

All IQ Matrix Posters are packaged securely within heavy duty rolls that are designed to protect the Posters from physical and water damage. This process is undertaken meticulously to ensure that the product you purchase is safe from accidental damage during transit.

Each IQ Matrix Poster is also Laminated for your convenience. This not only protects and enhances the look and appeal of the Mind Map, but also helps protect it from sun and water damage.

We guarantee that each IQ Matrix poster that leaves our dispatch facility is in 100% Mint Condition.

IQ Matrix Poster Returns

Because we make available comprehensive previews of each IQ Matrix Poster, we therefore do not offer refunds on product purchases, however we are happy to exchange IQ Matrix Posters on a case-by-case basis if it is shown that the Posters were indeed damaged during transit.

You can protect your IQ Matrix Posters from Accidental Damage and Loss during transit in the following ways:

Informing us that you would like your order to be delivered via "Registered Post". This will prompt signature upon delivery and will ensure that your package isn't left out on the porch in the rain. Currently the "Registered Post" option isn't available within the shopping cart. For this reason we ask you to email us with this request. Some additional charges may apply dependent on the shipping destination.
Appending comments to your order indicating where you would like the package to be left upon deliver to your address. If you do not expect to be home when the posters are delivered to your address, than it is recommended that you indicate on your order where you would like the package to be left by the postage company.
Taking out appropriate insurance that will cover accidental loss or damage. We do not automatically insure orders shipped via Australia Post. We don't do this because in all likelihood your orders will arrive safely. However, if you purchased a larger order and would like to insure your products against accidental loss or damage, than please contact us via email. At the moment insurance costs for items shipped within Australia is $2.00 per $100.00 order. International insurance costs total $9.00 per $100.00 order.
